Please read the EverLink Global Enterprise License Agreement before purchase: 

By purchasing a meditation CD soundtrack from EverLink Global Enterprises/TheMeditationLink.com, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this Agreement: 

License and Restriction of Use  You may use the meditation CD/media and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. The licensor is EverLink Global Enterprises/TheMeditationLink.com incorporated in British Columbia, Canada. You agree that the meditation CD/media is copyrighted intellectual property of EverLink Global Enterprises/TheMeditationLink.com which retains all rights, title and ownership of the meditations. You may not use the meditation CD/media in whole or in part for rental, dissemination, reproduction of any nature, or similar purpose or to commercially exploit the meditation CD/media. You may not modify, loan, distribute or create derivative works based on the contents. 

Limited Warranty on Meditation CD/Media and Return of Goods EverLink Global Enterprises/TheMeditationLink.com warrants the meditation CD/media shall be free of defects under normal use. If any defect appears within thirty (30) days of receipt of meditation CD/media, the CD may be returned for replacement without charge provided that all copies including any archival copies are returned in their original packaging with an explanation of the defect. 

Limitation of Liability EverLink Global Enterprise’s/TheMeditationLink.com’s obligation to replace any defective meditation CD/media shall be your sole and exclusive remedy for any and all claims against same arising out of or in connection with the CD meditation/media, its content and program, whether suffered by you or any other party. Any liability of EverLink Global Enterprises/TheMeditationLink.com out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the amount if any paid to you by the EverLink Global Enterprises/TheMeditationLink.com. 

Disclaimer  You agree the use of the CD media content and program is solely at your own risk. The meditation CD/media is provided to you without warranty of any kind and EverLink Global Enterprises/TheMeditationLink.com expressly disclaims all warranties expressed or implied.  While meditation may offer significant help to the purchaser/user, the content or material contained in the CD meditation/media is not intended for use in the treatment, diagnosis, cure or prevention of disease of any other medical or mental health condition.  The purchaser/user is urged to consult with their medical professional regarding the treatment, diagnosis, cure or prevention of disease of any medical or mental health condition. 

Idemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EverLink Global Enterprises/TheMeditationLink.com, its directors, officers, employees, owners, agents and licensors harmless for any claims arising out of your use of the CD material/meditation CD/media and its program. Legal VenueThis agreement shall be deemed executed in the province of British Columbia Canada and shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with its laws relating to contracts and performance therein.
